We are loving our apartment so far. We love our unit and the various amenities that are available to us. We have also had a really good experience with the staff. Even though we are near the train, we find our unit to be very quiet and peaceful.

Love being here, feel safe, everyone appropriately friendly and overall a quiet environment. Work orders are easy to complete and typically completed within 24 hours. Trash pick up timely and responsible. Since I have registered for parcel notification, I have never had anything missing in terms of packaging. Parking is easy, protected with plenty of available spaces and everyone seems respectful related to appropriate parking ( leaving enough space between parked cars. Thank you for asking.

It’s been a good experience & I’ve enjoyed the location and access to all of the close options for shopping, dining, spa & more. The mgmt team does a really nice job of communicating important messages & keeping us informed. Maintenances team is always very responsive, friendly and does a nice job completing work orders on first visit. This community is beautiful, clean & a great place to call home.

I absolutely love my apartment! It has the perfect balance of comfort and style. The layout is spacious and well-thought-out, giving me plenty of room to move around and personalize. The staff has been great since I toured the property & always maintained excellent communication! The property & park are clean & well maintained & there are resident activities planned by management throughout the month to encourage engagement! I only take a half star away because the retail deliveries next door can get noisy pretty late/early in the mornings & are sometimes even louder than the train passing at the back of the property. Also, the side door on my end of my building often slams shut & gets stuck propped open due to a worn out spring or something. And lastly, but likely most importantly, I was surprised to find that while the property is actually rather quiet & neighbors mostly pleasant, our floor/ceilings are very thin, so I can hear everything my upstairs neighbors are doing from the old residents’ puppy running around to the new residents’ heavy walking in heels, work boots & even bare feet & all of their late, late night & early morning recreational activities 🫤

I've been living at Tapestry at Brentwood for a while now, and it's truly been a great experience. The community is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. I especially appreciate how responsive and professional the management and maintenance teams are—they handle any issues quickly and with care. We are still having issues with Japanese beetles. We can't even open our windows because the bugs are on the screens. Also, the windows don't seal correctly allowing the bugs in.

So far, so good. Little to complain about (besides price, of course). Smaller than the old place, but that means easier to clean, and to cool, and to heat. Much cheaper to heat.

The location makes the property a dream with its walkability. The amenities are great, the staff is courteous, knowledgable and kind. I'm still exploring some of the other perks -- but the fact there are so many to explore is a pro as well. Having the parking garage covered and available on every floor is also a big plus!

I have not moved in yet . My lease starts the end of September. But the whole experience from the first call to ask questions has been wonderful.i was so please with the response from the start. Tapestry was a little above what I wanted to spend a month . But all of the amenities make up for the extra cost that I didn't want to spend . 2 pools , 2 huge workout rooms , elevators everywhere I don't even know how many but it's a lot ,the conference room . I can't wait to move in !!!

I'll start with management- Lauren is a rockstar! She is very responsive to questions and requests and always follows up to provide an answer. Her staff office staff is equally impressive, Hannah is always courteous and helpful. The maintenance team is very responsive and will close out a maintenance ticket the same day if they can. An effort to maintain and improve the facilities is a priority. In the last few months, the gym flooring was replaced, and the roadway between the two buildings was completely resurfaced. The management makes every effort for the tenants to be minimally disturbed as possible while these projects are taking place.

Moving is always difficult and we moved from a home, thus, sold most of our possessions of 55 years! Was time to be close to our son and his family. There were a few glitches moving to Tapestry but after almost 2 weeks management is working to take care of those! Some of a those glitches have worked out and the few that will not be fixed are working ok, and again Lauren has gone above and beyond! We call this the next stage of our life and Tapestry is the perfect place for us and there are so many nice amenities! Need to work on the mail portal! Still looking for an order! It’s quiet, love daily trash pickup, maintenance has been excellent!

Frequent elevator and parking gate breakdown are somewhat frustrating. I wonder why the trash collection service is mandatory. I do generate only a little trash, so the service is not useful for me.

Overall beautiful experience so far. The only reason half a star is missing is a lack of a dog park and a lack of a car cleaning station. Other than those two things I couldn’t be happier living here

All I can say at this point, being new to my Tapestry journey, is that touring the property and learning about everything that it has to be offer has been the best experience. The leasing office and property managers bent over backwards to give me tours of the four floor plans that used considering, all in different sides of the property and with different distances from amenities, etc. they have been incredibly prompt in responding to emails and giving me all the information I needed to make a decision and then make arrangements for move-in. Incredibly seamless process!

I love it for the most part! Every apartment has its quirks, but overall I love it! Being clean is something I really appreciate that they do! I enjoy the convenience of them controlling the internet :D and they have variety in the gym! Plus, the windows are so nice in there! Plus the game time TVs to watch while you workout!

The staff is friendly and helpful; maintenance has also gotten better and more communicative. The grounds still aren't kept up like they should, and the removal of dumpsters and misuse of valet trash by residents results in the hallways having trash bags sitting outside.

Just took advantage of the renewell special Tapestry offered so will be here going on my 5th year. Anytime I put a service request in the response has always been quick. The location is the #1 reason I'm here, the apartment floor plan works really well for me. The Amenities were awesome when I first signed a lease four years ago, but the complex has not updated any of them and has actually taken away some, i.e. coffee/expresso machine in the 300 building kitchen, the garbage can by the entry door on the north side of the first floor parking garage of the 400 building, the tv by the 400 pool has never worked since I've been here. The new management has improved on sponsoring pizza nights and bagale events for the residents. There was a new workout mirror/machine added to the yoga studio recently. I would recommend Tapestry to someone looking to rent.

I have enjoyed living here, although I haven’t been able to enjoy the community amenities this year as much due to work commitments and traveling. I have always felt very safe and the Management and staff are so friendly and community-oriented! I’m grateful that overall communication has improved, which is key.

Buildings are getting rundown. Updates to floors were done but only partially on some stairs. The steps that were not covered look horrible. Entrance driveway brick pavers desperately need repairs. Causing damage to lowered cars.

We love our apartment and all the amenities that make it great! Pizza night was great, I love that community events is part of the experience. All the businesses within walking distance is an added bonus as well. The not so great parts: we have a stomper living above us, I think the trash chute room can be better maintained, it attracts gnats , which will make it into the apt because we’re within in the vicinity. The trash chute room sometimes it has a smell to it as well. I think the drainage pipe by the back door of building 400 could use a gutter extension hose ran to the area with the hedges so the sidewalk won’t have that green grime on it and residents won’t have to walk on only one side of the sidewalk. I would suggest a dog trash bin at the back middle of the 2 bldgs, by the roundabout, instead of having to walk behind the parking lots to go to the waste bins.

For the amount of money they charge, there’s always trash in the corridors, children screaming down the hallways, no one answering the phones. The driveway floods at the slightest bit of rain. I asked for maintenance to fix my floor A YEAR AGO. And heaven forbid you order a package, it’ll get thrown in the garage in a tote box. This place is a joke.

Cozy, quiet and comfortable! Walking around the neighborhood is safe and fun! Only thing I do not like is dog pee found in the elevators and corridor. I have found a loophole to get inside which should definitely fixed.

The accommodation in the Tapestri resident is excellent. The first is cleanliness, which is always looked after. Comfortable apartment, infrastructure. For general use there is a gym, a lounge in the lobby, a swimming pool. But there is one drawback - a line of freight trains, which are very noisy, especially at night. And if in general, then I would recommend this apartment to my friends and acquaintances.

I love this place!! My apartment is located in the most convenient area - total wines, TJ Maxx, Nordstrom Rack, Chick Fil A, and Kroger, AND SO MUCH MORE - all within walking distance. The two pools are amazing and the gym has everything I need. I love it here!!

The office staff is nice; the maintenance group has been ok, but far from great. Residents cook in the Zen Garden girlls and then leave behind disgusting messes and food on the ground, which doesn't get cleaned up timely. The lack of accessible dumpsters is still an issue, as residents leave trash bags in the hallway outside their door. Ultimately, the rent here is far too high.

Great place! Close to a lot of stuff. Quiet and clean. Love having a locked garage to park in overnight. Great gym and pool. The business lounge is also nice for meetings or WFH.

I have enjoyed my time at the Tapestry. I wouldn’t say I love overlooking the “Zen” Garden. It’s actually very loud with the weed whacking, concrete working, bird chirping, leaf blowers, dogs barking and children screaming constantly… but it’s better than looking over a parking lot. Overall, I have enjoyed my time living at the Tapestry.

The trash situation remains a huge problem. Maintenance takes forever to respond to requests. The grounds aren't kept up with as often as they should. Rent is unreasonably high for what we are getting.

We were the first residents of our apartment 7 years ago. We moved down the hall to a bigger apartment because we enjoy being here so much. Not only is the apartment itself great, but the whole apartment community is a great place to live. And everything you want—restaurants, grocery, hair care, car care, retail—is an easy walk from here.

Like any apartment they have their quirks, but they have hired in people to try and help solve some of those annoying quirks! They are trying to update things and that is nice :) I like how they try to keep to the luxury feel rather than a trashy type apartment just letting people do whatever they want on the property. My favorite rule is no smoking on the premises, period!!!! Absolutely love that!

Tapestry is the best apartment building in Brentwood. Great gym, nice amenities, and maintenance fixes things very quickly! Also has a covered garage. Would definitely recommend anyone who wants to live in this area to take a look

It’s been great living here, but I wish the reward app wasn’t capped. I have almost 60,000 points and I can only redeem up to $15 worth of gift cards per month. There is nothing else redeemable above $15. I wish that would change.

The trash situation is a bit of a problem. Trash is left in large quantities outside of doors because the dumpsters are gone, and the valet trash sometimes doesn't pick up everything. Halls become gross looking.

I love it here! But I really dislike the new floors in the hallways…. Everything is super loud now! Kids screaming echoing and wagons carrying stuff sound terrible… high heels… not ideal. And the people above me are loud…. But I have been happy here! I love love love the convenience and how y’all try to do things for us like octoberfest beers!

For the price, the experience is sub par. Notices about building maintenance or adjustments are often delivered less than 24 hours in advance, there is a great deal of noise in the area, and staff is not always helpful. The building and amenities themselves are great. Spaces are well designed, private, and well kept. The location is close by to many food and shopping options that are also well kept. In my opinion, the building is great, but services are not.

Maintenance has been very helpful and responsive. I've even enjoyed the BBQ grille weekly. I've loved using the resident app to communicate with other members in the apartment complex to discuss item trades.

We were promise a secure home. The gates have been broken nearly the entire time we have lived here. The mail situation is unacceptable! We have not received some of our mail. We have found some of our mail on the FLOOR in the garage, where anyone could have picked it up. After snow, the mgmt did not shovel walkways, creating a very dangerous situation. It was very slippery and they simply waited for days until it finally melted. UNACCEPTABLE. They have been non responsive to requests, and it is nearly impossible to get through to them by phone. They sent us the WRONG lease information, and it has taken 2 months, a number of emails, stopping by the office on at least two occasions, sending unanswered chat messages to finally get them to send us the correct information, and so far; even after their poor performance, they have been unwilling, to date, to work with us regarding a reasonable month to month lease rate for us to stay after our lease is up … until our new home is ready.

I’ve lived at Tapestry for almost 3 years. I really enjoy the fabulous facilities and the community spirit. The only issue is the recycling bins. They used to be indoors but now they’re outside and often overflowing. The staff are lovely. Might want to consider a carpet upgrade in the corridors as many are stained. Overall, a wonderful place to live.

Tapestry is filled with wonderful residents! Although this is a temporary stop for me and we are happy enough, the property is not at Luxurious as it is marketed to be. Carpet in the hallways is really stained and dirty. There are some functions (elevators, parking garage barrier gate arm) that breakdown and don’t seem to be fixed in a timely manner). I also live rather close to the garbage shoot and it smells horrid in the hallway. Overall the property could use some TLC.

The only aggregation so far is dealing with Angela at AT&T to set up my AT&T fiber. Angela instigated a lot of confusion. I should have just called AT&T directly since she left things undone, and I will have to do so anyway, now!

Great amenities and you can’t beat the location. Office staff is accommodating. We were renting through corporate housing while looking for a place to relocate but enjoyed our stay so much that we will be renting an apartment beginning this November.

Grossly overpaying at $1,750 for a 1 bedroom. They raised the rent $180 from last year when every other year it’s only gone up by $25-40. Crazy they had the audacity to do that during a global pandemic.

Nice place to live. A bit pricey for the layout, but it’s ok. Haven’t had many issues since being here and things seemed to get fixed when I did have some. Haven’t gotten a chance to see or talk to current management, but previous management were great people so I believe the same for the new ones.

Been a happy resident for nearly 2 yrs. it’s nearing the end of our lease and I’m astonished at the proposed month to month rent rate. Asking 50% more seems insane. I can move into a HOTEL for cheaper than their proposed month to month rate. This rate is egregious. I’ve recommended these apartments in the past, but I can’t any longer.

Very friendly and I feel safe here. Lots of places to walk my dog and other than getting lost in the hallways, I am very happy. Only negative is trash rooms are filthy and smell awful + lots of stains on the hall carpets.

The overall look of the apartments could be improved. Such as, the dumpsters are always overflowing, for everyone to see. The balconies are not maintained, such as people hanging out their clothing on banisters. A couch has been left out in the garage for weeks. On the plus side, the maintenance people are right on top of things. Glad activities have started back.

Friday morning, working at home, hit the switch for the LR ceiling fan light and pop goes the bulb. Uuugghhh...working at home all day in the dark. Finally found a minute to jump on the portal and request service because I could not get the light cover off myself and...knock, knock on my door about an hour later and voila! I have a new bulb in 2 mintues! AWESOME maint team at work again. Thanks!

I appreciate the rapid application, approval and move-in process - basically 24 hours. I also appreciate the well-maintained common areas. It's a pleasure to walk into the Zen Garden for some peace and quiet anytime day or night. This is an impressive amenity. I appreciate the front office staff who are always eager to help.
